Quarterly program performance report files, 1982-[ongoing].

The Quarterly Program Performance Report is a management tool adopted, in accordance with the recommendations of the management improvement project of 1981, by the department in 1982 to assist in the general supervision of all public health programs in Alabama. This office is responsible, along with staff from other units, for producing these reports. These reports document quarterly performance as well as unit costs for each program of the department and are used to determine where management action is needed. In addition to these reports, the files also contain correspondence, and memoranda. Part of these reports were created by the Bureau of Area Health Services (1981-1986).
